Like do you just get a few runs or more like a few hours of going up and down kinda ? Cheers and all the best for all the other competitions and your snowboarding in general!!!

Risk of injury is a large part of this sport, so it should always be anticipated as you ride. Best you can do in your circumstance is to train how to manage the risk by revisiting fundamental skills, practice them more, and build back up to (and past) the level of riding where you got injured. Confidence will return as you steadily build back up and learn to trust in your skills again. Have a good recovery and keep your head up!
