    I like this but I'm having a hell of a time finding the right path to thread the micro cord!. I'll have to come back to this later. Thanks for another great idea!

    Instead of cutting and sealing at the top, could you simply turn it around and work back to the bullet end?

    Would it not be better to leave a small piece of microcord at the top for the purpose of tying a Reef Knot in the 2 ends, then clip excess and seal the ends, rather than having the problem of possible unravelling if one end slips back through the Paracord?
    Sometimes the microcord does slip back through unless "Anchored" properly. Unfortunately even the best work at times, comes undone. Cheers.
