Hello, thank you for the tutorial 🤗 If 40 chains is too much/not enough, is there a multiple we should respect ? Example : always have a multiple of 4.
Last question : do you know how many inches/meters of yarn you used ? I don't have the same yarn as you but a I a lot of leftovers I want to finish, just to know If I'll have enough to finish the project. Thanks a lot 🤗

You can make as many chains as you need for this project, there is not an exact formula😝
My guess is that for the thin cotton yarn I used about 187m of yarn (75 grams)
and for the other yarn I used about 125m (75 grams)
I actually think I used even less then 75 grams- maybe about 65-70 grams😅

Wow this is easy and beginner friendly. I tried it was turning out good however later it started turning into a boat shape and not perfect square 😢. Please suggest how to fix that

Hey😊 is the laptop case getting wider or smaller? If it's getting too wide, then go a few rows back and grab the yarn with more tension/ grip and then the stitches will all have the same size..
If it's getting too small then you can grab the yarn with less tension and the stitches get wider - however if the case is getting smaller in the end, it's not a big problem since the yarn stretches a little bit out when you're using the case!
