I used this style to do a wedding wreath. I took a lot of decor from a friends wedding and used that as the decor on the wreath. Bought their last name initial. I put lights throughout it. It turned out so so nice. And it was a gift for them which they loved so much! It made a nice keepsake since u can’t keep everything from an event. So if u have any events, consider looking around for what u could use in/ on the wreath and have that to put up for the keepsake of the event. It was my best work yet. Even used corks from the bottles. Ribbon that was there at wedding. The fake flowers from the wedding decor. And I added in a little ribbon of mine to tie in but wow. It was so nice
Hi Kat,. Thank goodness I found you. LOL all the other how-to videos thinking weird and way too many steps. The wreath I made yesterday I just gave up and just wrap it around the whole thing and made a couple of bows with different burlap ribbons. It can't good it's cute and simple but not exactly what I wanted to end up with. But now because of you I'm going to make another one just like what you made it looks way more easy to make and Fuller and poofy I love it. Thank you so much for sharing your talent. Have a blessed day.

hi there Melinda from Bakersfield step by step thank you for the tutorial , didn't realize needed to use the mask with burlap thanks will use from now on . very beautiful
Not sure, but I would say probably not because tulle doesn't stay where its placed unlike the thickness of the burlap makes it easier to stay where it is put, Carol.

Hi, I would like to apologize for my rude comment I made on a recent video. I truely hope you accept my sincere apologies and forgive my for some reason of annoyance of what I thought was a distraction for me. While your hubby was just trying to be assistance for you. Very good job with your instructions for making wreaths. Thank you and God bless you and your family. 💓
Hi my name is debby I love your creation. What is that little wreath maker called and does Walmart carry it? And in gonna start following your tutorials.😊🤗👌👍
I can't see how you zip tie the end of the first roll, and second. Maybe next time, zoom in closer please. 🙃Sorry-Im brand new and this will be my first wreath. 🤭Starting around 36:25, we can't see what you're doing. Do you just attach the burlap on 2nd rail w/ziptie then 3rd on next round? Also at 47:37& 52:13, can't see.🧐 Could I use pipe cleaner instead of ziptie, or will it move? 🤔 Thanks for the video.👍 Could you add a ribbon for accent though out? I don't want just the plain burlap. Maybe I should do a diff. technique??🤔🙂 Also:Thanks for info about breathing in the fibers!😷
I don't zip tie any of the burlap except the beginning an ending pieces. You simply work the burlap through the two middle rings so that each covers the outside rails. You can add any embellishments you'd like including a bow.
@@KatsCreationsNMore Thanks!-Well, I made my 1st wreath!!---Umm....I did the 2nd 'round' on RAIL 4!🙄😬🤦♀️ I think its too tight as well. So I'm gonna take it off rail 4 and put it on rail 3. Wish me luck!
Do you know where I can purchase the center pieces for different wreaths, ONLINE? I can't seem to find any at Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, or Joannes. 🥴The things you add to the center of the wreath.
Sorry to comment so much.-I just finished my wreath. I only did rail 2, but it just needed more. I did rail 3,and 'ta-dahh'!-Much better. Some how my burlap ended up feeding through from UNDER the wreath. Not sure if that makes sense. But after watching you again, I got it!-I see what I was doing wrong. Again, can't thank you enough!-I can't do 2 rails at same time. This way is much easier. Thanks!👍👍🙂🙂Just some constructive criticism--Ne t video, please have cameraman ZOOM IN, to show exactly whats going on with your fingers & the material. Especially at the joint rails(vertical ones)😉
.Any large amount of fibers from any material will cause breathing problems I also worked in a sweater store and my blood work was filled with animal fiber like wool, ramie, angora you breath it in plus burlap causes brown lung cancer so just be safe when you create but love making wreaths.
Kat, Love the wreath. Hay I heard that you should wear a mask when you are doing burlap. Is this so? Another question if you don't mine . When using a wood burner tool what deco mesh material don't you use it on? And should you wear a mask when using it. I just want to say thanks for your time . Dorothy
Also, you do not over do. Like add too much ribbon/bows, decorations, etc.--which takes away from the beauty of the burlap, mesh, etc. I think sometime people seem to add to much, and the wreaths can look to busy. You do a perfect job. You are very creative.
wait, what are you calling Rail 2 ??? from the look of it , to me it is Rail 3,,,,,,,, or 2nd from Smallest. ??? Make sense what I'm saying or does it matter ?
The rails are number starting from the inner most ring being number 1 and the outermost ring being ring 4. I count them from the inside to the outside if your wire wreath frame has 4 rings.

Fall colors are so rich
Yes they are Susie!
Thanks for telling us about the fibers from the burlap.
Most Definitely Teresa. They can really irritate and make you feel itchy too!
Do you use tight weave burlap or loose weave texture
Wonderful job!
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing
I put a zip tie at each rail and start over and that eliminates the bump at the crossrail, also deco mesh works fine for ruffles.
Thank you for that tip Louise!

Another question if you don't mine . When using a wood burner tool what deco mesh material don't you use it on? And should you wear a mask when using it.
I just want to say thanks for your time .
Dorothy
Yes you should Dorothy. Those fibers get into everything. You can use a wood burning tool on anything that does not contain jute or cotton.
What’s the name of the bow maker?
Bowdabra.
You can your burlap any color you want and the burlap stays soft the paint is stiff and chips off over time the dye is perfect
Is it just one round on # two
Can you show us which one is two and three row
Rail one is always the inner most ring, two would be next to that, three and then fourth is the outer ring
Where did you get your sign?
PersonalLeeYours on Etsy.
