nano bubbles are ont visible, they refract light though, so we're supposed to see a clear water with visible laser beam through it. Normal water would be clear but laser wont be visible. The fizz visible is because of presence of micro bubbles... thus making the system inefficient.

You make no sense! Inefficient for what?

@@surunitemiakanni-oye4346 inefficient in generating "nano bubble only" the processes which center around nano, are "majorly" processes which do not prefer the micro bubbles even after the "low cost" (Not that it is the sole factor)
Hence, the process here which is producing nano, but still generating some larger bubbles (large-> falling in micro bubble dimensions), I call it inefficient.
