Did you know nanobubbles are revolutionising fluid mechanics and water treatment? They're also making waves in agriculture and aquaculture!
Key Benefits of G-CAV:
💡 Scalable: Retrofit into most operation sizes.
🛠 Flow-Through: Minimal maintenance, less risk of failure and blockage.
🌀 Effective: Multi-chamber design for nano-sized bubbles.
🔌 Efficient: Zero extra power consumption.

Great product. We need more exposure to this for not only commercial but for the masses. Anyone know something similar for residential applications? We need to contact our local city water and pitch this idea instead of infusing deadly chemicals in our water systems.
Good One mate!
Japan has a very simple device that takes no use of technology. Anzai Kantetsu used only a small specialized ceramic nozzle (resembling a carbon airstone) to generate bubbles the most efficient way possible. I think when it comes to machines like yours, it's only of industrial applications but yet that's where it only persists in the world of dynamic fluctuations. I do hope your tech will be more efficient to everyday economy and not only to the business companies where we can't afford.
I need this in my life. Do you offer anything for a home 400 gallon aquaponics system? Thank you for making such a great video.
Hi There, the G-CAV 3.5 would be ideal for this set up! Go to www.globalcavitation.com to see all the info' or drop us an email with an overview of how your system works, flow, turnover of water, current DO level etc... info@globalcavitation.com
what could be the cost
YOU MUST LOOK UP MALCOLM BENDALL’s THUNDERSTORM GENERATOR
How would you go about infusing ozone nanobubbles into pool water with your system? What would that run for a ~10,000 gallon pool?
Absolutely, it has been difficult to sanitise pools with ozone until now. We specialise in large volume complete gas infusion and I expect that there will be very high demand for this very thing. Please send us an email to info@globalcavitation.com and we will send you some information on it. There is much we can share.
At which pressure was the HO gas infused into the liquid? ..and why at some point it became visible? ..does it mean bubbles are becoming bigger than 10nm?
Thank you for your comment! The gas is injected on the suction side of the pump if it makes sense, and the used HO generator’s maximum shut-off pressure is 7 PSI above atmospheric pressure. Since we are on the suction side, the gas injected is slightly below atmospheric pressure. As you have noted, after some time, microbubbles are formed (nanobubbles are still being formed). To understand this, note that the volume of gas injected is constant and that at the starting point of the experiment, there is a maximum amount of gas that can be held in the volume of water used. After each cycle, less space is available for the gas to dissolve, and through cavitation, nanobubbles may collide with another nanobubble, forming larger bubbles. This is why some microbubbles are formed after some time of recirculation.
Can not visit your website, you have email to reach you?
How well can the "right" saturation point be spotted? ...Is there any instrument you recommend to spot that saturation level? Thank you
For Oxygen, use a DO meter.
@@simonwalshaw3153 Thanks. What should I use for Hydrogen instead? ..Would a DO meter be good?
@@user-kk8fv8ni1l Similar thing, that does Hydrogen Measurement.
Can we use it for biodiesel production of En standard values.
Hi there. Please contact at simon@globalcavitation.com with your contact detail.
Hello! Can this system be used to aerate a yeast culture? I'm afraid the cells will die
At this point we would say it can, but we need a little more info around what your set up is, what environment is the yeast being used, for what? Please drop us an email with more overview/info to: info@globalcavitation.com
good product. costing please
Thank you for your comment.
What size?
Please refer to the table on our website for more information:

For 500 liters per minute of water, ¿what's the air/oxygen flow for this system?
Thank you for your comment. It will be around 5.0L per minute - 7.5L per minute.
@@GlobalCavitation Thanks a lot.
