The cosori 5qt is not ceramic... It's PTFE teflon. Lol
I think you’re correct. I’ve looked elsewhere and can’t find anything that says it’s ceramic.
Lots of problems with it stinking of burnt plastic when in use and setting off smoke alarm as per Amazon reviews

no, none of the basket style ones are. they all contain pfa's.
These are not ceramic. Some are teflon and some are stainless steel.
