Maybe Tigger doesn't care about his friends anymore.
He does. In the context in the original scene, Tigger felt betrayed because his friends, especially Roo, lied to him and that they disguised themselves as members of Tigger's family in which he was very excited to see.

This dub is made by Pony Bandai Video
which is only released on 1984 Japanese VHS and LaserDisc instead
I can’t not find the 3rd Japanese (1986) 🇯🇵 dubbing of Pinocchio
which is got taken down and deleted in a Japanese website called “Nicovideo or Nicozon”
