Real Turkish food is underrated in many European countries and it’s hard to find restaurants that are not mostly about falafel and kebab dürüm or pita. Nothing against that I love that too and we get some awesome stuff here - but I had a Turkish colleague once who invited a few of us over for an all in dinner she’d been preparing for days. THAT was completely awesome.

We have culture we call "salaş" which mean place not for the rich walkby customers. their customers most of the time local business owners workers. sometimes industrial areas have realy good places for eating food. because worker class have realy good taste calls and if food shop is not good they dont go there and shop will eventually close. i have a tip for who want to visit turkey check local bussines owners where to go to eat or if you on highway check where is trucks mostly stoped never dissapointed. great video btw.

Honestly, Turkey looks like a great place to visit, plus amazing food, but I'm concerned about the persecution and hate Muslims have towards religious minorities like Atheists and Christians...so I'd have to avoid it. I'd also be worried about being called a 'spy' and imprisoned on false charges. The world would be better if Islam disappeared.
