They maintained scout because they knew it was going to be a save. And the scout has the potential to 1 shot body and head (unsure of arms) just like an awp, but has the advantage of mobility in the form of raw speed, running accuracy, and the ability to jump and shoot accuratly.

You go up them and down them, hold A and W/D and W for a faster climb.
And look up to climb up. Look down to clime down
