My friend married to escape his insane parents. They tried to do terrible things to his ex wife after his divorce, but they only mated because both had homophobic parents... These days they are married to people they love, but she's got some terrible scars from his family punishing her for "making him gay". To this day they are great friends though
I don't understand why they had to save money up again for the trip. They should have just gotten the money back from the church which the mother stole and gave it to them.
If the money is stolen and the church won't return it , then a police report would be altered. In order to get the money back period, it may take a while, but eventually they should get the money back because the church is not going to want publicity that they received stolen money. Never let anyone get away with theft.Because they only keep doing it
