I get how everyone is kind of hurt from the Da Kurlzz situation because it blew me away a little as well. What I don't get is this Danny vs Deuce bullshit that has been going on for the past seven, almost eight, YEARS. Swan Songs in my opinion is past its prime and we do not need to see how "great" Deuce was under every music video that this band posts. It's ridiculous and it goes to show that those people have to constantly try to reinforce in everybody's mind because if they don't, the album will eventually be forgotten. Another thing I'm seeing a lot is how the band got rid of their masks, they are in the video but are off the majority of the time like in the music video for Gravity. This time around the band has 15 masks, three for each member with every mask having the unique color schemes; Black and Gold, Red and White, and Blue and Silver. They are still Hollywood Undead and I hate what this fan base has become since the loud minority tend to... well... be loud.

Been listening to these fellas for a long time now. After all these years and all the changes they went through they still make great music as far as I am concerned. I love how they have some silly songs but also have a lot of songs that express where they come from, what they have been through and how they feel about life. I'm glad they haven't lost that true side to them. Easily one of my favorite bands.

J-dog is good because i like his stuttering style of singing / rapping, they all rap at points im just saying charlie is THE rapper of the band and deuce was very well capable of that while danny is just the singer from a band that made emo music

ChagasJuan I honestly considered "Sell Your Soul" to be a forgettable track. There isn't a real "catch" to it and it feels bland on an album that I do respect, but I have a hard time getting through because it feels like I've heard the same thing over and over again halfway through the album. Everywhere I go, Young, and Paradise Lost all the only memorable tracks in my opinion. Undead sounds like the generic shit-talking song. Sell Your Soul just feels out of place and has no real catch to it. No Other Place feels like a generic party song. No. 5 again, feels plain generic and old at this point. Black Dahlia is a song that I get the meaning behind it, but it really doesn't make me feel anything. I listen to it and then it's over. This Love, This Hate is alright. It feels like the first fresh song on the second half of the album but it loses points for me because I can't understand what the absolute fuck Deuce is saying half of the time. Bottle and a Gun is another generic party song, very forgettable like most of the others. California is yet another generic and forgettable party song. City is alright, the theme is actually really cool but it loses points on some of the chorus and the meaning behind it. It just feels like a riot song. The Diary is like a rehash version of "Black Dahlia". Boring at this point. Pimpin' is just lame.
Paradise Lost is actually really good. It is a perfect ending to a rather okay album in my opinion. But again, that is just my opinion.

The announcer in the beginning said "the" right before he said Charlie Scene and you can tell they cut off Da Kurlzz. Whatever it is, it sucks he isn't in HU anymore but not much will change besides their live shows. I'm sure Da Kurlzz had a lot to do with the album as he was part of it's production. I am guessing he left, I don't think anything bad happened between them!

He didn't do drums, they have a touring drummer (who you can see in this video.) He played electronic drums, which was pretty much just a little bass hit to form a beat. He was an important part of *making* the music, not so important to the live show.

Yeh that's what I love about them. Though Desperate measures only had 3 new songs, some covers, a remix and live versions of tracks from swan songs so I wouldn't say it really counts.

I honestly enjoyed Day of the Dead most out of all their albums. I thought the mix of rock and electronic sounds really fused the album well. Though the album may not be the heaviest, it sure does contain important messages. A great example is one of their most hated songs; Does Everybody in the World have to Die.
The song is talking about school shootings with different sounds representing heartbeat monitors and gunfire. It might not be heavy per say, but it's clever as hell. I thought the album was a great way to get the bands' feelings off of their chests and into the music.

It was Da Kurlzz. Listening to Deuce's screams in America (I know, not an HU song but Deuce still screams in it) and Knife Called Lust, then compare it to the screaming in Pain. There is a noticeable difference between the voices of who is screaming (at least to me).

i have known these guys since they were young little bucks and this is the best jam they have ever made. I remember booking them while I was in Knox Pro Wrestling in 06 and we used them as kids for the live music. They were all bouncing all around the ring and putting on a great show. I knew then they would go strong for years and years.

To be fair, both Feed The Machine and The Betrayal (Act III) are heavier than this (from last Nickelback album) - however, as someone who isn't exactly a huge fan of Hollywood Undead I was surprised by this song's heaviness, and it's definitely one of the bands' better songs IMO
