We will be using the free versions of LearnPress & Elementor, along with an Astra starter site template to build the online course. One of the best features of the LearnPress free version is that it includes a PayPal payment gateway that is easy to setup. This should give good results for beginners. We also make a customized login page using 'Login with Ajax'. Later in the course building tutorial, we show a few methods of adding videos to your courses (free methods and pro methods).

Yes but it isn't free to use the Woo Commerce payment for courses with that. Unless you know of a way? My understanding is that Woo Commerce is only free to use if selling physical products but LMS and membership type services you have to pay?

The offical paid themes make that part a lot easier, but maybe check out LearnDash (guide here: ruclips.net/video/L_fT39LAlw8/видео.html ) it has excellent payment processing.

Nice tutorial, IdeaSpot! I have a few questions. Currently I have my own course on real estate. It is in video form I recorded myself. Can people buy my course in my website and steal it and like post it on youtube or somewhere else. I don't want that to happen, what should I do if someone did steal my content? - Do you know how to change the color of the link "please connect in order to acces to the course". I can change the color of the phrase but the link stay in blank :/ I tried to use CSS but unsuccesful for the moment.
- Do you know how to change the title text "Connexion" because in french it's written "Connetion" with a T and I have to change the letter.

I want a simple language course website that is accessible for free, but in the future as my domain grows, some part of the course will be accessed by premium members only while some will still be free.
I have no tech knowledge, have tried building a website on wix and WordPress and its been a disaster. So am so thankful that I found your video, I wasn't sure which host is safe, reliable and not break the bank for a free course too😁

These both have free versions, so it's worth testing them both and seeing which one you prefer.

After Astra installed I do not see Starter Templates item in wordpress menu... What I do wrong?
Great video. Thank you. But I can't see all the courses just like when you show on 42:00. It simply appears on the console: Error: Incorrect contents fetched, please reload. On the page, instead of showing the courses, it shows the courses page name with a link to nowhere. Someone that is passing through the same problem can help me?
Brilliant tutorial - thank you! I was able to get a site setup really quickly using it BUT I'm finding the customisations pain in the ****. One of the things that I've noticed is that your Course Checkout page doesn't automatically show the login username and password boxes when you first visit it (not logged in). Yours has Returning Customer and New Customer/register account whereas on my site has the fields showing. It looks really scrappy with two huge empty blocks on the page. Is that something I can edit? And if I disable the Enable Login Form option (I have created a separate page for returning students) it defaults to the main wp-login page. Horrible! Other than that, almost entirely due to your tutorial, it's all good!

There's just ONE THING which is missing in my opinion: I don't like how the REGISTER PAGE LOOKS... when it's not during course check-out, the register page looks wordpressy-like. Plus, after registration, if you click on your nickname's account you get into a wp-admin like dashboard...

Hi, I talk about Vimeo pro a little in this video - it’s probably the preferred option. Note that you’ll never be able to perfectly protect videos, even using encryption - a user can still use a screen recorder to download and share the files. Thanks a lot. I have a problem in Learpress. My student is enrolled (completed). He can also log in the website. However, the lesons are locked (padlocks). Click on a lesson doesnt open It, nothing.
