Honestly it is not as great as i thought it was going to be. The Zones of use do dip down with time and I did not expect it to degrade in quality this much this fast specially at this price range! Hope this helped
@@bestreviewsever5998 I just got one of these (Serafina / Medium / Cal King) as a warranty replacement for the identical model purchased 9 years ago. What we noticed immediately is that the new model has started out so much firmer than the old model did, which had the classic memory foam sinkage. Maybe the dippage you experienced is actually an intentional feature of the break-in period? We found the initial feel far too firm by comparison and had to return it, as we are side-sleepers.
