    Thanks so much for this. You saved my life!!! My grinder was actually so clogged it wouldn't turn. With a good cleaning (thanks to your instructions) it is as good as new. I definitely won't wait 4 years till the next cleaning though.....

    Thanks! Helped me fix the grinder in a situation where steam (don't ask!) had jammed up the grounds inside the machine. Much appreciated.

    I am unable to get the bottom grinder out. Have removed screws but it seems to be stuck. Hard to get any leverage. Any ideas ?

      Greg, did you figure out to get the bottom grinder out? I'm now in the same position. I can loosen the 3 screws but can't pry up the burr. Is there a trick you eventually discovered or can anyone else help me with advice?
