To most of us, playing this guitar piece would be impossible. To Tina, this is Tuesday.
We do need to get Tina back. The world needs this guitarist. Whether she starts a band, joins a band, returns to youtube, makes appearances, I don't care and I know no one else does either, long as she's playing for the world again. Personally, I hope she's gone to college for music theory or something and will come out with a deep understanding of music and create masterpieces that will inspire a new generation of guitarists. That's my wish.

When Herman Li ( the original guitarist for Dragon Force ) saw this performance he stop it twice during the solo and at the second one he said " Fuck ... oh shit " .. he was blown away by her speed and accuracy and FEEL for the solo. Your honor ... I rest my case ...
And you need to also add he said he knew who to call if he didn’t wanna play that song anymore when I heard is she went off to college to be a lawyer as what I heard I don’t know if that’s true but that’s what I heard and she is in a band she has start it’s called spin. She has updated all of her media platforms with a new picture of her. She’s not a blonde, there’s her a drummer and a singer from what I saw in pictures. I miss her videos dude, she was amazing back in the day and I can only imagine how much more incredible she is now. Yes D! That face is the face of a phenom. Why look at the fretboard? I've got it figured out and it's not going to change ...Why tap with just one finger, you have 10. Those thoughts are probably what a gifted person is thinking about while playing. Notice that she only picks the most technically challenging songs and slays them all.

Yeah I recently tried "the Trooper" which she SMASHED of course - but was surprised to see it copyrighted and rejected when I disputed.
8:47 "Take one" should be considered very carefully. I mean, that young lady is absolute phenomenon, no doubt. I am still blown away. I'll be honest, it took me several times to watch just to realize that! And you can see this, it is visible from the beginning. If you look carefully on medium shot, her hair hangs over the fretboard. When the frame changes to close-up on the fretboard, the hair is missing. Back again on medium shot - her hair is there again (and sometimes is not). Classic movie goof. Didn't saw that detail because I was distracted by her insanely good performance. A magician!

When a boy in my granddaughter's class told her girls can never get as good as guys on guitar and she was ready to quit. So my daughter said let's ask grampa. I sent them this link and moonlight sonata. Well, she is still taking lessons. I know there are other badass female guitarists, but Tina S was the first one I thought of.

It wasn't about creepy guys. Tina has stated in interviews she's got thick skin and doesn't let what anybody else says bother her. From what I understand the actual truth is that guitar is actually a hobby of hers and she took a break to go to college

I agree, great reaction! Yeah, Tina S addiction, hard to get over. This was more than one take to show different camera views, the only one like that. She did register a one person company in Nov to do "Production musicale, blogueur professionnel". There is one somewhat credible report that says she does not intend to comeback to RUclips anytime soon. I second the Altitudes recommendation of Francky F. She shows a range of expressions/emotions(?) that make me wonder if might be her favorite cover.

Tina's brother (Sacha) started playing guitar before her at the Conservatory of Music. He also had the same electric guitar teacher, Renaud LOUIS-SERVAIS. He is even more discreet than Tina and he never smiles !! He gives guitar lessons and yet we do not see any video of him on RUclips !! Just one old video with Tina in 2011 !
She actually went to colledge, thats why she stopped for a while, but i think she's back unless i'm miss informed.

Yeah Herman has already seen this and is just amazed at how good she is. Their last time in France they tried to look her up but no luck, so on his second time reacting to his song by Tina, Herman sent out an open invite if she sees it that she can come play with them or just jam with them next time they are in France again. I have no idea what’s true, but apparently a family friend said she put off her guitar while she’s in college, said she’s focusing 100% on school and will be back after. Who knows what’s true but if it’s because of sick men... that pisses me off!

Last video of Tina in August 2016, during school holidays. Then she had an accident and she couldn't play like a virtuoso anymore; And she cleaned up all her Facebook and Twitter accounts, deleted photos and comments, and she died in December 2020. Her family does not want to comment and elaborate.
She is missed but if you want another BEAST try Hal-Ca from Asterism on the guitar. The song Dawn LIVE is stunning (ruclips.net/video/buQPvINJcA0/видео.html) she is 16 (started at 10) and her bassist, Miyu is 17 on that 7 string monster. These teens have been together since they were 11 making Metal/Rock/Jazz fusion music, no vocals but their music that they write, arrange and play is the vocals for this band. TS won't be back on YT if ever so why not try some other great young guitarists.
I think Tina stopped posting because she took her studies quite seriously. She went to one of French top universities. On the other hand she obviously has very high standards for her covers and due the lack of rehearsing time she thought that it's better to stop. And maybe she wondered if there is any point in just doing more covers... This is my speculation of course.

Phil quit trying to stir something up. That's not what was discussed. To be clear, Herman was discussing the backing track, not Tina's music, and inferred that if the backing track of her Dragon Force cover was obtained the way he thought it was, that it was technically illegal, but that was how everyone doing covers did it. And as Thorsten said, he was smiling when he was discussing it. It had nothing to do with her music or her other covers. He also later said that the way the original guitar parts were removed from the backing track was the right way to do it.
Tina explains that it is only the technique and the performance, the difficulty, the challenge, the solos, that interests her.
She's been invited to Pink Floyd, Van Halen, Dragonforce, TV shows, and she never responded. She does not care.
That may be the best thing about her...lol, the "I do this for me only" attitude.
