From the thumbnail I thought it was HO scale cause all the detail. N scale is becoming a really good option for modelers with a 4 by 8 like me

They look very much like AHM HO models in 1975. Lots of nice rivet and valve details, but the giant flanges and the too tall rails required to run them. Unless you scratchbuild N it is pretty much still a common thing in RTR. A whole lot better than N RTR 1965-1995 though and appreciated.

Between this and spookshow giving it an A I’m sold. Bought two. Would like to see it pulling cars though. Pulling power in curves and elevation should be a must for reviews. Thanks for the review video! You do them well.

Hi James, I loved your review of the Mikado Heavy and Light models. I recently purchased the GN Heavy from Broadway Limited and found it to be all you said it is. I love all the sound options and detail. Thanks for all you do for the model railroad community. - Dean from MInnesota

Nice job James, those locos are very impressive looking and sound very real. Hope your move goes well and hopefully you won’t get ill again. I have been ill ever since the weekend so there is something going around.
Great job again James, keep it up. Hope you have a good night.😊❤️🌙👍🏻👍🏻

Nice review, James. Like you, HO is my scale ... as my 63 year old eyes can't handle anything smaller! LOL!!! I also like Steamers that smoke, but at this small size ... smoking would stunt their growth! Sorry ... I just had to! LOL!!!

If you can do without the sound and DCCn, get a Kato Mikado, which is an excellent runner and has fantastic detail!

Strong puller, but it seems the tender wheels are the only electrical pickup. The tender is quite light in weight. Out of a couple dozen locos this is the only one that seems to need a keep-alive. If the track and the wheels on the tender are not perfectly clean the loco will stall and sputter. A four axle switcher on the same track has no issues.
