Could of been made of fourth matter or nth metal, though really my money's on it being some kind of Ego the Living Planet style sentient comet that was able to defend itself against attacks. Either that or Schlorp was just so xenophobic they never left their own planet or tried to interact with anything beyond it so an outside threat just freaked them out so thoroughly they couldn't properly respond to it.

@@sardar7 this show has a completely different staff of writers and its on a completely different network. The two shows don't affect each other really at all. The reason Rick and Morty has gotten worse is explained in season 4, most episodes revolve around how the characters want to keep just doing wacky shit, but that wacky shit has consequences. Like, they wrote that "Phoenix person" ending as a joke, and then realized it was actually a canon thing now. Past a shows 1st and 2nd season the serialization either buckles down or goes out the window and this show buckled down because having stakes makes you invested more, but in turn makes it harder to write jokes and story in general to balance the dynamics and arcs and stuff. I know that was probably a redundant response but yeah lol I love both shows but I have noticed the dip in quality of Rick and Morty. I havent seen the newest season yet though besides the first 2 epsidoes
