Hope to see him back in less pain than he is currently at least.
Thanks for the awesome video Liam.
Cheers!

Can't wait for more videos! So inspiring to know that Rafa was struggling physically here but still fought. Wishing him a healthy 2024!
One of my all time favorite masters, the great lefty Nadal.
What I like most about being close to the court is the sound of the ball 😍
Always a pleasure to watch Rafael Nadal play great video by the way
1:14 I love how Rafa just changed shirts in the middle of the video!
He's a magician on the court
I can't wait to see him finally back in action and hopefully at full speed.
Never happen. He's OLD . His game just get worse.
@@Berighteousone O ye of little faith
@@carolynwilson8709 Put no faith in man
Australian Open will be the litmus test to see if he can make anything of his last year on tour.
I've got 'Federer vibes' about it all though, unfortunately.
@@livingtribunal4110 Fine, he's old, his game might get worse, you have Roger Federer vibes about his return from this injury but despite all this negativity, I WILL BE GLAD TO SEE HIM BACK! VAMOS RAFA!!
Qué calidad de tenis!
I love him so much 😭
they have a dedicated umpire for a practice set?
Need More Videos Like this for both of my Kids Practice as per your Kind Videos Court Level
how did they get umpire and ball kids for a practice set?
Good point! I guess a training session with RAFA is more popular than watching some random official ATP matches.
I was there!
when was this vid taken

The absolute 🐐. Welcone back to the greatest ❤
Djokovic Goat
@@prometheussama3838 no. Im talking about ICONS. The person you list has thanks to Rafa and Roger learned to win thd most which is great but to be a goat you need to transcend a sport. No disrespect but of this generation ONLY Rafa🐐 and Roger🐐qualify. Sorry if that truth hurts .
@@davidbosquette4798no Djokovic has overpowered them. And I used to be for Federer.
@@Anthony11777 Yes hes won more titles but with the help OF Rgerr and Rafa, but even if he wins 50 Slams he will never be in their league in terms if class and iconic status. Sorry Im just being honest snd Im not alone in my thinking. For me the GOAT debate is so much more than just titles. I dont think Mohammed Ali was the best boxer ever, for exampme, but he's the one we remember if you get my drift.
Therefore if not by using measurable and admitted standards (numbers of slams won, number of weeks being number 1 and so on) you decide in your head who is the GOAT...is that so? And I think RAFA is the GOAT on clay and we can wait a long time before seeing a player winning as many French Open as the spaniard.@@davidbosquette4798
Nadal is the inspiration to the young players
I realize how much I'm missing Rafa on the tennis circuit Mens tennis not the same There is no quality lefty in tennis right now
Shelton?!
DELUSIONAL
@@elio-7911 Yep. Shelton seems to be the truth
That US Open run really upped his game and mentality.
@@livingtribunal4110 and won a title today 😁
There just aren’t many exciting players left at the top. Alcaraz plays exciting tennis, but besides him? Rune is pretty fun when he’s playing well, but has been playing injured too long, Sinner’s ball-bashing is fun though he needs to work on variety. Otherwise, Tsitsipas is kinda fun except when his backhand and return are irredeemably bad (which has been most of 2023 unfortunately). And Ruud has been pretty poor all year outside RG.
Sad this is an old video. I want a recent video of him training.
I do too, soon to come...
Depending on his health, he could potentially win at Roland Garros. But on hard court/grass…he’s done
Haha, claydal still trying to win on hard court, I'm pretty sure Roger can still beat him on hard court right now, I'd pay to see them play an exhibition, Roger still capable of winning 6-1 6-3 lol.
What lol or ol .claydal has double career slam , Olympic gold and more masters and slams than Roger ..don't ever compare Roger with Rafa ..Rafa defeated him in Australia indian Wells Miami Cincinnati Wimbledon etc but Roger can't defeat him in Monte Carlo Rome and Roland Garros
Roger defeat him on clay too, just not RG, yes, Roger also choked Wimbledon 2008, or he would have beat him there too, do you honestly think Nadal stands a chance against Djokovic outside of clay?@@Laland_1196 😄
He needs to work on return serve or Novak will walk all over him
Hurkacz's serve is anyway very hard to return
novak will do that anyways. novak is not poke damaged, nadal is heart/lung damaged from it and will never recover.
This is from like January this year, where he was playing with the hip injury
Let's be honest, the only court Nadal stands a chance is on clay, any other surface, forget it, unless Novak is seriously injured, or sick.
Broken down Nadal
omfg, Nadal, please go back to your "pirate pants" shorts! looks like he's wearing boxer briefs out there!
The only way to make money for has-beens who can't be competitive like they used to be is to do exhibition games.
before this injury hiatus, he was top 10. He won two GS last year (2022). He's come back from major injuries before. Give him a minute. You may or may not like him, but the tennis world at large would love to see his professional story contain at least one more chapter.
@@christophermeixell4978 I think he'll go the Federer way - not the Boris Becker path to dismay.
what a stupid comment, considering a player who won 22 GS. Make money ???
And nothing wrong with that. Plenty fans would love to see him play
@@butchgo6130This “has been” is still far more entertaining than Djokovic lol
HINT: look for video Nadal signs autographs 2023, u will see his arms/legs have lost 50% of the muscle as he had on tour. hes heart/lung damaged from thepoke, and he wont recover. the stories of the foot/abtear issue etc are nothing more than cover stories bc he is not allowed to say what the real reason is.
Probably true. Novax won the war
Except that his uncle told him he was carrying too much bulk at age 36 and needed to slim down to have any kind of game at age 37
Look at his presscon at his loss at IW; he TOLD them he couldnt breathe properly, like it felt like needdles in his chest, he was TELLING the reporter the CAUSE without being too specific, but HEAVILY HINTING bc he wasnt ALLOWED to tell the world exactly WHY he was in such bad shape....@@richarddevanna3523
