Omg! Lily is freakin adorable! Her and Libby smacking lips at each other is too cute! She knows lip smacking will get her more than crying would so she is in constant communication with EVERYONE! It doesn’t hurt that Libby has all these kids coming around to help raise Lily whether they are related like RB and Leo or close extended family which is everyone else basically 🤣🤣🤣 Love watching the family dynamics going on and allowing them to be semi wild since they probably wouldn’t make it completely on their own due to all of the interference they’ve grown to become accustomed to. ❤❤❤❤❤

For those Folks who say Lily is slow or lazy… fyi… Lily is a Pigtailed macaque. 🐷🐷 🐷
There are over 30 species of macaques. This breed usually does not start walking until 3-4 weeks of age. That’s normal.
But Libby was raised by humans, and she never had a mother to teach her mothering skills.
So she does the best she can as far as knowing WHEN she needs to teach her baby to walk. Lily’s leg muscles are not developed enough to walk immediately out of the womb like a foal or a calf.
That said, You all might have noticed that LONGtailed macaques DO walk much earlier than pigtails like Lily. It’s not because they are less lazy. Their anatomy is different, that’s why. 👍👍😁🐒🐵🐒
Exactlty, Lily is crawling, not walking. Pigtailed monkeys have longer limbs so they take longer to walk in comparison longtailed ones.

Lily is delayed just like Leo was...Leo was just more stubborn...They are slower learning than some other newborn monkeys...Lily will finally get it just like Leo did...Leo is my favorite...
Just like every human child. Every monkey baby is different. I can't stand when people judge and compare when no two things are alike. I'll say this much Lily is one of the better behaved and tolerable newborns. Which makes it easier for her and lobby no matter how long it takes for her legs to get strong enough for her to walk. She is a sweet baby
@@monicamuck9393 Rainbow took time to walk as well. She looked like a teacup chihuahua, she was soo tiny! Rose's patience was an asset for Rainbow's survival.
I think we had all gotten accustomed to the longtails for several years. Their babies are walking in three days or less. Pigtail babies take about twice as long to get their muscles working. And, as was said- they have to figure out those long, long legs!😅🙏🏼
@@cathrinewhite7629 I saw them all and I was speaking about the behavior. Lily is the calmest the least resistant she is not like the other two rainbow and Leo who were insufferable and bratty. This caused much harshness from Libby she beat Leo horribly. I'm just saying Lily is more cooperative and you see the love from Libby towards her. That's my perspective from my observations.
She isnt "delayed" at all! She is doing great and perfectly normal.

Рядом с Лео орудовала нянька, которая постоянно его хватала и он избавился, поверещит мамка его на руки. А потом это закончилось и началось мордобойство. А сейчас Либби никому не позволила ребенка трогать, воспитывает и учит сама, поэтому все буде немного по другому, надеюсь без "кнута".

Libby does not need permanent outside motivators for her baby to learn to walk. She is a capable mother. Julie and Jenifer are the ones who need the publicity and the VOs put them with Libby and Lily.

Publicity? What nonsense. I was just getting ready to write how amazing it is to watch how motivating it is to watch the troop live as a community, working in synergy with each other and living like a family unit, in a sense. That’s what it was, not publicity.

On ne peut pas comparer Léo et lily. Les vo's ont fait beaucoup de mal. Libby n'était pas libre et toujours stressé. C'est très long à raconter mais Libby a été très maltraité par les vo's . Léo également. Les vo's ne voulaient que le rat avec Libby. La justice et ong ont dû intervenir. Les vo's sont sous surveillance maintenant. Libby peut être à peu près elle même. Et ce rat qui a toujours été sous la protection des vo's pouvait agir comme elle voulait. Libby a été énormément battue à cause du rat. C'est différent maintenant. Et le rat n'a plus cette protection. Le rat essayera car c'est sa nature, mais Libby veillera. ☺️. Espérons que les vo's ne continuent pas leur mal. Mais beaucoup ici , en commentaire veillent et dénonce. 🙏☺️

Libby tolère le rat hybride car Libby s'y est habitué avec la force des vo's. Encore aujourd'hui, ils essaient de mettre le rat en avant. Mais si vous regardez bien, rien de comparable. Libby ne laisse pas le rat porter le bébé. Et le rat montre son gros derrière à la petite lily. C'est un signe de soumission. Le rat ne l'a jamais fait à Léo ni même à Libby. À la petite lily le rat se soumet. Mais toujours faire attention. Le rat est jaloux, le rat essayera de séparer la mère et la fille.

Where's Libby, why is she entrustng Lily to this mother and daughter pair waiting on the sidelines to get close to her so that she reduces her dependency on her biological mom? Libby must have been intimidated to leave Lily because the camera only shows the lower half of Libby when she walks from Lily but shows Julie and Jenifer fully when the baby is near them. Its a sick tactic, please stop.
Libby is right there the whole time and there's many shots of both her and Jolie in the same shot. In others they show Libby then turn the camera towards Jolie as Lily is walking towards her. In some other shots Libby and Jolie are only about 3 to 4 feet from each other. If you notice when Lily is close to Jolie, Libby goes and gets her. They are zoomed in on Lily and that's why you can only see the lower half of Libby. They show a whole shot of Jolie with Lily so you can see the interaction between the two and Lily walking. There's plenty of whole shots with Libby, Lily and Rainbow. She never left Lily. Lily walked away from Libby then would turn and go back to her. It's all perfectly normal, especially when a baby learns to walk to go check out their surroundings including any monkeys sitting close by. Jolie had no intention of taking Lily. She didn't even dare touch her. The VO's (in this case) weren't trying to reduce her dependency on Libby at all. Maybe if you watch the whole video and pay attention you would see what you said is nonsense.
