Blackburn..........one of the most depressing places i have every been to. Constantl clouds, raining most of the time, everyone is unemployed, the houses are made out of rocks, everyone looks miserable even the kids and animals. Peoples front rooms are the local corner shop because all the corner shops have become tyre shops. The shopping centre is about as entertaining as a morgue. The government should close this sad place down. Or send criminals to live there for a year.
