my 808 never hits in my 2 12 in subwoofers in my trunk. ive watched soo many tutorials, i dont use loops or samples, i build my melodies. its always muddy or underpowered 🤮

Use zay or spinz, in piano roll put the velocity all the way up, open the 808 in channel rack, find “boost” setting, use like 3-5%, soft clipper on master and it should hit more than my dads belt🔥🤝🏻
If you want to use different 808, play more with the boost settings, you can also use the eq next to boost in channel rack( it’s only one knob)
And also don’t forget to cut lows from melody, don’t use bass with 808s and watch out for lows in other drums(some HHs or snares also have lows in them, so cut them out) + putting kick and 808 to mono is also good
