Don't know how Damian has learnt such a mass of spiritual knowledge .. He truly is a master of spiritual knowledge
he was locked up with piles of regular books and probably some occult books to study

Find Damien Echols fascinating and was excited to see him here, but I think there could have been some explanation of what we were watching. It starts and stops abruptly.
I can't help but think that "in this very moment" thing is a trauma response. People talk about it like it's the best place to be, but the *only* time I've been that "present" was when I've been so harrowed that I literally couldn't think of anything except for the very next thing I needed to do to stay alive--and even then, I could only name it "present" in hindsight. Fair play to the people who can feel like that without the wretchedness, but I never can.
No, it's an entirely different kind of moment. It's the present moment that feels like everything is perfect and you almost feel a sense of nostalgia, like you're finally home. You're not thinking of anything except for how pleasant you feel and how everything is literally perfect. And more often than not, it's brief. I've only experienced it one time, and that was a couple years ago- it came on out of nowhere and gave me the inspiration I needed to keep going. I pray that I'll experience it again.. and again.

Something I hope can be explored more in the course is the Rainbow Body. I’m a little confused about it. A great friend and occasional teacher is an ordained Buddhist monk of a Tibetan path. I don’t remember specifically which one at the moment but it tends to be quite esoteric (he once offered to teach me how to open a portal, bring through non-sentient ectoplasm and form it into a Tulpa). He told me that everyone has 3 degrees of a Rainbow Body within them already. Training strengthens them but they are already there. I’ve then heard from other Tibetan monks that these Rainbow Bodies only manifest through training at the highest levels. Thankfully Damien is explaining it more in depth in terms of crystallizing the aura. Really looking forward to better understanding this from his point of view.

I know that energy can be taken and or exchanged through voice and vibration from voice-so who takes the energy? Is it the teacher from student or just master to student exchange? What if the student has higher vibrational energy at the time. Jw
I feel truth in your words and ideas Mr. Echols. Im going to take a Magick path in this last third of my life as a student. I have had many astral projection experiences from abou 12 years of age. Some terrifying death experience but some were blissfull completeness experiences. Ive wasted some time but I am a knowledge addict. Time to realize the best version of myself through spiritual growth, understanding and gaining the skills to be able to determine my own will

Hi, I'm a year late, and I hope you've figured out much since. You are working with an abstract concept, the thought form, and it doesn't need to be visually grounded if your mind's eye is unhelpful. Don't see it, know it's there. You don't visualize a pentagram then say in your head, before me there's a pentagram, and really feel into it. The feeling and knowing is what we are trying to key into with visualization anyway. Sometimes people's aphantasia develops as well, so someday you may find yourself with an impression where there was one, someone who dimly visualizes also improves. But no worries if that never happens. It's the energy and not the image. It's immaterial.
