But as someone who owns both of them and are currently side by side, I do believe they are slightly different. Aside from the obvious color deviation, I don't really see any other differences.
After Bucyrus acquired Terex, the O&K RH400 build number 12 was commenced. CAT purchased Bucyrus the following year and when number 12 was finished, Caterpillar painted it all white and added their CAT logo and branding, calling it the 6090FS. This machine was shipped to a coal mine in the Hunter Valley in Australia. The next model, RH400/6090FS number 13 was the first that was painted in CAT yellow.
