Unironically my favorite cod game. The f2p stuff is really not an issue as gold is the only currency you use to unlock gameplay affecting things like guns. The other two currencies are just for cosmetics. You get a good amount of gold to never worry about grinding. It also takes an ungodly amount of time for your guns to break and very little gold to fix them. Helpful hint. If you use gold to unlock a camo version of an attachment, you will be able to put that on any gun without leveling so you can bypass that grind entirely. Wish cod would do that. Would highly recommend unlocking the detecting sight and laser. Easily the best optic in the game and hip fire is super deadly in this game. I've actually been describing ironsight as "what if BO2 had battlefield 3's gunplay but hitscan." Kind of how it feels to me.

You can drop shot in this game, kinda. Assuming you play on hold to crouch, if you hold ADS, crouch, and then prone (whilst letting go of crouch), you'll un-ADS for only a small window of time rather than the whole duration of proning. An effective way to stay alive, but can be punishing because that brief moment of you not ADSing makes the difference.
Its still playable and alive and keeps getting updates. If the game would be on console it would have much more players and there would be more people talking about it. hope the devs get it on console and ofc fix the main issues of the game.

Sucks that they never brought it to console, especially now that cod is self-destructing by neglecting multiplayer in favor of Battle Royale 🤮 This game looks legit fun tho and so does XDefiant, I’ll definitely be playing that when it comes out!
Battle royale got me into Multiplayer FPS but honestly after way over 2000+ hours of Apex BR i am bored of it. I rather just go and shoot in a small map now, which is kinda ironic since i never really liked that play style.. xD
I liked Ironsight, but there is a huge issue in asia server, which is it has bad netcode, there are many players with unharmonized ping in a match that making this game become "faster internet to win". Everytime my position is stuttering and displaced and get peeked by someone who has better ping, while my internet is stable.
All is missing is Dolphin Driving from BO2. Also I haven't played this in awhile due to the desync. But based on your gameplay, it looks like they fixed some of it.

Kinda sad because we were having quite a bit of fun but almost doesn’t feel worth it that we can’t play together
I enjoy it. It's free to play and has a shop, but it is not pay to win. Anything gameplay-related can be unlocked with the in-game currency (which you get lots of so you never have to worry about running out), and even guns that come with battlepasses become available during the next battlepass anyway, so you never have to worry about FOMO. I have no problem buying microtransactions, but I will not play a game that hides gameplay elements behind a paywall, even if it's one cent. That's why I've spent around 60 bucks in Ironsight and like 4000 dollars in Dota 2. Biggest issue is definitely the matchmaking due to lack of players. And the veteran players that do play almost never play again each other, or if they do plan to queue they never let the matchmaker match them against each other. What they do is one of them leaves so that the matchmaker matches the current players (which if one player is high KDA in a 11 queue, it will always match 6 random players on one side and the high KDA player gets 5 players). That allows the other veteran player to simply join and be matched on the same side as the other veteran player.
I just hope this game have a good anti-cheat, most of the games like this have a bad anti-cheat and there are tons of hackers in every game, gonna try this one out!
Yeah, I've had quite a lot of fun with this game! My main pain-point is the fact that there's like 5v5 matches... I loved the 24v24 or 12v12 of CoD back when I used to play it (CoD:UO, CoD4, CoD WAW, CoD MW2, CoD BO/BO2 etc), so going from more than 10 players on each team to 5 is pretty drastic. Of course the maps are smaller to scale, but I still think more players is more fun. With a smaller player-base though, it makes sense!
I was wondering how they keep supporting it and it hit me, I bet the player base is way bigger in Korea, there’s no reason this game should be as smooth as it is
Its actually sad how the game feels they should change the movement take in slides and u can jump multiple times and not get a cooldown and they would easy get a larger community and content creators

Where are you located? I have been playing quite a bit over the last few days. I'm in Canada, and I usually find Asia and N. America servers pretty easy to get in. The only problem with this game right now is the constant micro-stutters.
@@MrWEST1 I just played some games on N.America. on steam as well. Try the EU one... that one is the fastest for me. Do you get micro-stutters, like fraction of a second freezes once in a while?

your gameplay like easy server, if you came to Asia server you will get rekted in seconds since level 1. I try to stay longer as i can but i am getting rekted a lot. Its opposite of fun. yea, with female skins + robots added to advantage because you cant aim properly
The net code for the Asia servers is pretty bad compared to the rest of the servers as well. Try queuing Europe or NA and you'll probably have more fun

They really need to add controller support, not having it is really preventing large amounts of people from trying the game out.
