Please adjust the volume on your video. The intro music is way loud. Nice job on the video. Did you notice, at 6:55 on your video, how lucky you were? That car went through the red light just after you went through the green light!!!
Yes. And I'm not sure why. It's the same level on the volume. I had planned to adjust it because I noticed the same thing not too long ago. I think I actually did adjust it in something recent but I might be wrong. I often am. 😅
I believe there's still a segment that want them but definitely not as many as there used to be. I think they could make a limited production and even charge more.
@@KgwediyaMollo True and your make and sell to the majority. Then again many of the super cars, and more you can drive manual or automatic. So a win win.
Great drive around Jason in a great car! C1's are maybe not my favorite, but growing up they always caught my attention. If one was to happen my way, well, I'd sure make room in the garage for it. My John Deere would have to give up it's garage bay. 😁 So Corvetters, do you know which generation only came in a convertible? Yep, the C1's. I have two favorites of the C1 Gen. The '58 which has a couple of 1 0f 1 design features. Do you know what they are? The '58 also has the notoriety of having the most chrome on ANY Corvette. You know how I feel about chrome. Go chrome or go home!🤣 My second favorite is the '62. Again, if one came my way and it was Honduras Maroon, well, I'd make sure I opened up two bays to keep it in especially if had the optional hard top. I don't really care for the look of the C1's with the top down, I like it better with the top up, but if it has the hardtop mounted . . . . . . it takes the win! Just from looking at the video and not seeing it in person, this '61 is technically not ALL original. Do you know why? I really enjoyed re-living yesteryear with you guys. This one is pure poetry in motion. Save the Wave🙋🏼♂️
Okay, the '58 is very unique in that it's design is a one year only design as to it's aesthetics. They have a wash-board style hood and the trunk lid has two chrome spears running down it from the hinge area down to where it latches to the body. Put these two items and it having the most chrome of any Vette all together, well, to me it's a Trifecta Win! Hope you are well and always Saving the Wave!🙋🏼♂️
Most definitely do that. When you find photos of it, the "Wash-Board" hood may look like it's vented, but it's not. Kinda like the '63 Vette hoods with the two "grills" in the hood. From a distance they look functional, but were just there for looks.
@@petercarey6883 reminds me of my parents IROC-Z. It had a washboard faux vent on the hood. I thought it looked really cool but dumb because it was only for appearance.
Hey bro are you planning on servicing the lambo yourself? I’m thinking of getting a 2015 Huracan I love the your lambo too but I’m liking the new tech that the huracan have plus the duel clutch.
Yeah, the Huracan is definitely more technologically advanced and the DCT is superior to the single clutch performance but I like the punch you get from the single clutch. You definitely feel those gear changes much more. I do prefer the Huracan I'm just not ready to spend more money. 😁 I take my Lambo to JP Euro for servicing.
Front Seat Driver awesome thanks for the reply I sold my 2013 viper a few months ago planning on a lambo next year if everything goes well. The covid has really affected my restaurant in Colorado. I plan on servicing the lambo myself.
@@drdoom9592 I hear you. I'm in new home construction and it's the same here. We are super busy right now but material prices keep going up so no telling how long it will last. Hopefully things will continue to go well for you and you'll get that Huracan!!
I LOVE THE SHOUT OUT! YEEEES the C1 is my all time dream car! This is a fantastic video!
Thanks, Steve! Rudy and I had a great time out in this beautiful car!
Thank you guys I love you too
That is one beautiful 1961 Corvette!! My first Corvette was a 1957 and I wish I still had it. But lots of great memories for sure👍🏻😎👍🏻
Definitely an interesting car. I can appreciate how clean the owner has kept it but I'd hang on to my C7 if I were you, Steve! 😁
Yeah, it was really cool. I wouldn't trade for it either but it's definitely fun.
Don’t get me wrong I love Corvettes. But it seems like every day I’m out on the road. I see at least 10 to 15 of them
Yeah, there’s definitely quite a few on the road.
Very beautiful C1. Interior is really neat. Chrome!
Hi! Yes, it was a really cool experience.
Awesome video, Jason. Definitely a cool experience that's for sure. 👍👍
Such a nice car
Yes. And so much fun to ride around in on a nice weather day.
@@FrontSeatDriver, I like your channel I subscribed . I have owned a few vettes over the years and have been looking for a C1

Love the shirt at the end! I need one!
I'll ask Jody where she got it. I don't even know.
@@FrontSeatDriver yes please!
She ordered it off of Amazon. No surprise there.
I guess the manuals would be saved if people want them. Unfortunately people don’t. But interesting car for a collector.

We definitely want them, just the majority is lazy and want automatics.
