I remember going all the way back to the goldfish method videos, roosters running around in the background, kittens climbing over you, a Perpetual Chess interview with Ben Johnson, and a handful of one-on-one lessons. You have taught me a ton and I've been thoroughly entertained. You've always been kind and responsive to my comments and occasional e-mails. I truly appreciate you. All the best on the next endeavor. I agree with you about the addiction to online chess, especially blitz and bullet when you only want to play a few games but end up playing for hours. I have recognised that in me so now only play 15+10 and daily as always regret spending that long after. Don't know if its dopamine release (you probably know better given your knowledge about this stuff) but imagine it is similar to video game and gambling addictions.
