Got on the bus around 8am. Stayed the whole night in that shitty ass terminal. They made us stay at the entrance of the building right at eight ave when they cleaned the lower floors. Shit was a disaster! Good experience doe 😂

    I remember back in 1982 during my first trip abroad we got a Greyhound from Niagara Falls to Buffalo NY. We found ourselves hanging around the bus station in the early hours waiting for a connection to Cleveland. We felt very vulnerable sitting there with suitcases and 5 weeks spending money in my back pocket. I've never been so scared as there was so many dodgy looking characters. Never been so glad to see a bus. We had 5 great weeks and most people were so generous 👍👍

      @lefthanded5473 5 лет назад +1

      @@simpsondelacruz1738 I believe when your 16, you have to pay the adult fare, so you did the right thing getting an adult ticket. But when it comes to ID, I believe it has to do with anti terrorism or something like that kinda thing rather than age verification. Plus it also depends on the city too. Bus terminals in Major cities are more likely to ask for ID so keep that in mind. But even if you have a school ID or non drivers ID, you should be just fine getting on a greyhound at 16.

    Greyhound rarely cleans the windows. And did you notice the duct tape on the plexiglass behind the driver? The buses are old and worn and First Group who owns Greyhound is searching for someone to purchase Greyhound.....Greyhound used to be a stellar company with stellar drivers prior to 1991 when The Dial Corporation who used to own Greyhound tried to bust the drivers union...

    • @WilkTraveler

      That’s a pity. I didn’t know about that Greyhound situation.
