Felix’s singing voice throws me off every time no matter how much I hear it. You should listen to Deep End by him. When I first heard it I was so confused because I thought someone else was singing.

Yes, it's Felix. He has more range than you would think. This is a great song, really love this one. The guitar in the background is such a mood.
About your question:
My suggestion would be having like a first listen day. Every week (or something like that) you give a new artist a chance and do like 3 songs. If you like it you can put it on the rotation schedule for more songs, a guide and so on. If the artist isn't really for you (which will happen at some point ofc) you can just move on.
Dropping a suggestion for a new artist as well:
Dreamcatcher - a girl group with a very different sound compared to most Kpop. Usually dubbed "The Dark Angels of Kpop", they lean more towards a rock-sound. Might not be your thing, but it would be cool to see what you think of them. Good videos to start with would be:
