Haha if you an og kpop stan you will know there actually a lot of korean people themselves don’t know abt these famous groups. Example skz and ateez is famous internationally then korean itself. They have thier fanbase here but not as big as thier international fans. So if you see some korean didn’t know certain groups or didn’t stan kpop, its normal actually.

I really enjoyed your reaction. It was interesting to get your perspectives on things. You noticed so many things like how each member has their own charms, how they all rap so well but differently, how well they all dance, the visuals in the mvs and of course Felix’s rich, deep voice. And yes they do sound amazing live. They just headlined Lollapalooza in Chicago so you should be able to find videos of that.

This was posted about three hours ago.... almost 5K views. I'm pretty sure a lot of those were Stay (fandom name), like me. On behalf of Stay, thanks for reacting to Stray Kids (aka SKZ). I was surprised you were not already familiar, but better late than never (lol--I just found them a year ago, thanks to youtube algorithm and my curiosity). I hope you have or will continue into a deep dive (a rabbit hole you'll never escape, nor want to----like Venom, lol).
They are the most successful group we have . Stray kids have the qualities which make them legends of k-pop . Plus also make apart from other generations and other many groups is -
• Self- made - They are the First fully self made group in k-pop. Chan picked all group members, they made the name,concept, and logo of the group.
On the other hand other groups are made by the company.
• Self- produce - Stray kids is a fully self produced group from the start of their journey, their discography made by themselves. They are the ones to make beats, melody, write lyrics, compose songs,record the song, edits, arrange the song etc. other groups become successful thanks to other producers, composers, and lyricists.
• Innovation - They step out from stereotypes of music and make new organic , fresh creative,innovative music that is lacking in other groups, other groups play safe to please the people and make repetitive songs.
• Artistic value -stray kid's half of group is doing dance , producing, composing, writing songs before they debut ( 3racha and Lee know backup dancer) and with skz player and skz record they always give music to the world because they love what they do. On the other hand, many other idols are coming to industry for stardom,frame and money they didn't care about music and doing other things like modeling, acting,advertising etc forgetting about their main job singing and creating music.

Saying Stray Kids is the next BTS in your description is a disservice to both groups. BTS is BTS and Stray Kids is Stray Kids. Both groups have worked hard to establish their names, their music, and their place in the industry. Put some respect on identifying them as true to their own work.
I believe you misunderstood what he meant.... some people in the world have different levels or same levels of fame around the globe.
