Yo dawg, you should use Sacrifice Rooms as The Keeper. It's super easy to get a bunch of coins lying around the floor if you don't pick them up immediately. And abusing the sac room gives you free devil/angel items and increases your angel deal chance, both of which are EXTREMELY good for The Keeper. Seriously, ignoring Sacrifice Rooms are one of the biggest strengths of The Keeper, completely ignoring them is a huge misplay.
Swallowed penny always gives you money even if you step on the spikes in sac room but piggy bank works oddly with the Keeper. Sometimes drop money sometimes not. It is just random. So swallowed penny is a better item/trinket to use Sacrifice Rooms.
Probably because aiming with her is a pain in the ass, and getting any familiars that aren't little brim, demon baby or seraphim is just going to make things worse.

Ryan, I would like to thank you for the hours of entertainment and the plethora of tips and tricks you have been supplying since you started the original Binding of Isaac. Watching you play was the encouragement I needed to try the game for myself, and now I own all iterations of the Binding of Isaac series and have a burning passion for it. Presently, I am only missing two secrets, one item, and two bestiary entries, but I am determined like you to complete every aspect of this game. I would not have had the skill to come this far if I hadn't learned from the mistakes you've made or put in the amount of time necessary to make progress. I wish you only the best of luck in your endeavor to become a true platinum god.
Beat the Lamb, select Yes. Note that you can't get completion marks while on a loop. I belive the first loop counts (before the first Lamb fight) but the rest don't, because of obvious reasons. Keep in mind that more loops become more difficult. You need 4 wins to unlock everything you need from looping, but it's a nice alternate challenge to streaks.
Northern lion, I like watching your keeper runs. I get to see your skill and I find it more entertaining than a run that you straight up kill the game. Keep up the good videos!
Delirium is the only boss in the game that is not affected by chaos card. He also has the most speed, highest hp, and largest variation of attacks in the game. Some of his attacks are also literally undodgable (teleporting next to you while firing brimstone for example). What a fun, well designed boss.
It hurts so much inside me that you lost but you had some tough moments NL and I really like that you don't just hold R just shows how you can make a run out of nothing
I have a question about the Relic. So, it generates Soul hearts/Flies(on the keeper) every four rooms. Do L-Shape or double-size rooms count as 2 rooms?
NL, I was doing a keeper run as well and got blank card chaos. I steam rolled until I got to delirium and found out quickly that he's immune to the chaos card. Good try though!

I've had so many Keeper runs lately where I get really good stuff and am sure that I will make it but then I slip up on something dumb and die. I've lost a lot of good runs.
Hold r until you get greed's gullet, it gives you an extra heart per 25 coins you have, 4 hearts at 99 cents, and it works with the keeper. ITS THE ONLY WAY
so how does the alt path change the completion sheet of paper when done on normal? on hard it changes the page to be bloody around the edges so does normal do anything?

Eggman, seriously, 2 of Hearts is the same as Full Health as the Keeper. It saved me during my Delirium win. It's worth having around.
