I've been of the idea that when in doubt with chocolate milk, charge your shots. Typically the only time I trust rapid fire chocolate milk is when I have high damage and am shooting a bunch of week enemies like flies or spiders.
chocolate Milk works at 30% of current damage at a base or no charge shot and scales up to 400% at max charge. meaning a full charge chocolate milk with 2.68 damage is 10.72 damage
With chocolate milk, your dps goes way up if you wait till it is fully charged, but the potential negative comes when you have a good tier stat, and can hold it for slightly longer than you need to lowering your dps, in those situations you want to near full charged.
You're not the only one who hates Champion Ragman. Him on greedier mode is so annoying since you definitely won't kill him before the second boss spawns and then you have the room with Ragman (or two), a bunch of those tanky spiders, and whatever second boss you get. Ragman plus Rag Mega are a very annoying boss couple; Rag Mega goes into his invincible state while the three unkillable spheres hunt you down while there's all those spiders jumping super fast and shooting the tears, while also having Ragman do his own thing...
