Damnnnn! I had this issue the last 2 times I used my quickjack. Happened again today. Got it on, but when I removed the hose from the pump, it only came off half way. Pulled hard on it and now I got part of the washer torn out. Need a new Female Fitting.
Oh no! Sorry to hear about the damage, and sharing your experience. Hopefully you will be able to find a replacement fitting easily and quickly. I do believe quick jack sells replacement parts but you may be able to source the fitting from a local hydraulic supplier. I do not believe these are specific to quickjack. That was always my fear before finding out this solution when installing /removing the fittings. Hopefully no further issues for you moving forward. Please consider leaving a thumbs up if you enjoyed the episode and also consider subscribing if you have not already. I greatly appreciate your support. - Full Throttle

I have not ran into this situation so I can not say for sure but I would try to have the lines connected to the pump and while holding the lower button try to conect the line to the jack fitting. This hold reduce the pressure to allow an easseir connection. Please let me know if this works. Also thank you for reaching out and please consider leaving a thumbs up and subscribing if you haven't already. - Full Throttle

What if its the other end thats hard to connect? Frim the jack to the hose.
