I can't count the number of times that I have seen that concept used to justify child marriages and old men harassing teenagers. Let's not propagate that, please. Girls/women are just human, they fully develop their frontal lobes at 25 similar to guys. I know it sounds good in the inconsequential occasion when it gives props to women, but we cannot ignore the destructive implications of it in reality. It means girls are overburdened to be mature and pressured to be mature when they are not and boys are left to be kids and adolescents as they should. It also means more is expected of girls too early than should be. It means girls are not allowed to grow and all soughts of people use the mature far earlier to rob girls of their childhoods, adolescence, and youth.

It is funny to have an older person talk to me and bring up something and say, "You're probably too young to know this movie or show...", then when I say I grew up watching it and know it well...they are then taken aback and ask how old I am, then don't believe it, lol.😅😂 It is funnier when I am the one to bring up old movies, etc. to older folks and they are taken aback to see a younger person that loves what they love and can connect with.❤
