I love that you incorporate brown/pink noise into your videos! So relaxing, it really helps me because my ADHD has trouble tuning out small noises in the world around me

@@reflectyourlight Hello Jennifer…. In 1971 I was sent to Cambodia as part of a joint service operation. We weren’t “officially” there. My Navy uncle helped select me for my blonde hair and blue eyes and no tattoos. I also spoke French and had a great knack for understanding people. Through a type of “pigeon” French learned from missionaries we could communicate with each other. My job was as a Forward Observer for a howitzer battery based in Vietnam. I spotted targets in Cambodia and they fired per my instructions. I was alone and the name “Army Scout” came to be what I was known as. 54 years later I’m the Old Army Scout! Thanks for all you do!!!

Oh no!~ I'm so sorry to hear this. We seem to have mixed reviews. Some people really like the white noise. if you are interested in other videos from the channel, if you see me in a room with ocean color walls, the background noise is typically much quieter. This clay colored room always has the air blowing full blast. Thanks for the comment
