hello dear viewers and beautiful ones, there are two places where I misspoke in the testimony, and didn't realize it: My grandmother died a week before, not during the plane crash; and i meant to say that i lost my first, second and third Unborn children, ie. terminated pregnancies. For me, the impact felt the same but it's important to speak the correct account. Yet it's the old story, and the new one continues to be born. sambaoso - your experience is so amazing! During many meditations, i too see the geometric shapes and feel like I'm traveling insanely fast. Ive seen them since i was a child. Dr joe has helped me to understand why i experience it and how to hone in and embrace the experience. Ive only been doing his meditations for 4 weeks, but it has already changed my life and I am eternally grateful to him and to people like you, for sharing your experience, and inspiring us to keep going down the rabbit hole. Caitlin, thank you for sharing your beautiful experience. I feel as though I've been carrying ancestral trauma in my body my whole life too (lost babies, murders, lots of drowning deaths, etc). Several years ago I visited Ellis Island. After awhile I got nauseous and developed a splitting headache and had to leave. It was like I was breathing in the pain, fear and trauma--sickening energy-- that had seeped into the walls and floor of the place. I don't know if my paternal grandfather came to Canada via Ellis Island or not, but he emigrated from Italy in the early 1900's. That's just one ancestral line for me. So much stuff from my other grandparents too. I'm currently doing two online courses and meditating daily in preparation for Dr. Joe's advanced event in Vancouver in February (my first event of his). Your testimonial and that of so many others here help open my mind to possibilities I might not even have considered (not that that matters). Thank you so much again. xo

Dear Caitlin I am so deeply deeply moved and mindblown with your testimony. Thank you for revealing so much beauty and healing opening up to you in Toronto for your precious ancestors. It is a truly awe inspiring story and I am very grateful to view it. My heart feels I would like to share a little of our family's story. I live in Tasmania Australia, where there was a sad dark cloud over the island because of the convicts who were transported and the mistreatment of our own beautiful race of indigenous people. I was born in Queensland, way up in the tropics and my parents and I returned to Tasmania when I was a baby. I remember feeling the dark cloud when I was a child. I have frequently travelled north again, even to northern countries, searching for the key to bring healing and wholeness to my ancestors' and my own life. We also in my immediate family lost our firstborn, my first born and second born through termination, my closest brother lost his first born through cot death. My second brother also had sad losses. Thank you so much Caitlin. I am fairly new to DrJoe's work and treasure your open hearted testimony. I am the only one in my family who has been deeply searching in archives for stories of our ancestors and now I believe I can rest and surrender to the Divine who will, I feel, reveal how I can bring to an end the separation and suffering of our ancestors. By faithfully doing the work reaching for the Divine and the quantum field, healing and wholeness arrives. Bless you.

Wow Caitlin, your story is unbelievable! You said some things in your testimonial that I have been feeling. I feel like I’m in the process of releasing generational baggage. Generation after generation of women with the same disease and suffering. Even though I’m suffering I feel like I’m the one that will break this cycle. Also, I feel like I have a form of PTSD from being a child to parents that were in the military. I remember seeing certain images and military gear that caused great fear in me. I also use to dream about war every night and have horrific dreams about evil things stemming from growing up in the church and a lot of fire and brimstone teachings. I don’t have those dreams anymore. I am releasing the other traumas so I can live and help others. 💗
