working for a large company I am not always privy to the logistics that they use to bid the jobs. I tend to decide where the dirt goes if it is not being trucked / a soil removal plan is in place. But the formal and I walk the site come up with a plan and go for it. I am glad to see you back on the channel.
P.S. I listen to S&G while on the throne and in the shower, I feel it is fitting for how my orifices are being violated while listening to the podcast.

Hi brian ,absolutely love your sweat and grime podcasts being from the uk its simular to us over here your rates of pay are a bit more per hour but your cost of living sounds similar to us over here if you convert the rate from dollers to pounds ,absolutely loved the canadian truckers hauling logs need more of them guys,do you film the pod casts id love to watch them anyway tell all the guys i said hi and keep the podcasts coming as you nake me laugh so much lads i work with think im mad cos im laughing all day as while im digging away in my excavator love you guys the mouse trap games kill me 😂 😂

Your dirt placement depends on the other trades coming in behind you, you're definitely not placing it around the basement as you have indicated. More than likely you're going to stockpile it and bring it back after the basement is finished

Jack....how often are you digging basements where you do 10x the work? Unless you are on a small lot and don't have room you will absolutely put the dirt around the outside of the hole. Nobody is spending money to truck material in and out because they want to have a wide open site....
