It was a very wet and dull morning on the 16th October 2019, the start to my day trip across to Zurich Kloten Airport. The weather in Zurich was completely the opposite! Clear blue sunny skies. Anyway this was a great flight across to Zurich with Easyjet on G-EZFZ
There wasn't much to see when departing Luton, as we headed to Runway 26 to depart you'll easily notice how low the visibility was, the weather really was poor. As soon as we rotated it took less than about 15 seconds until we were into the clouds. Once through the clouds we had some nice sunrise lighting before heading south for Switzerland. A superb approach into Zurich Airport, nice clear views and a very smooth touchdown on Runway 14
