CIA part 1 and part 2 syllabus are the same or their units also change, please guide

I have no idea, but generally the content remain the same it's just the way they make some changes to number of units within the study text.

Hello sir, can i still use Gleim’s CIA review 2022 edition for cia part 3, or do i have to change to 2023?

There is no need as the CIA syllabus is the same. It is just the reshuffling of Gliem content to make it easier and more appealing for students.
