Not fair to bring a guest on who is being self-critical and bash them further. Very uncomfortable viewing. I wish she had been more prepared for this treatment. The book took her time to write, why shouldn't she be paid for her time? Especially if it raises awareness among young people not to be taken advantage of.

It wasn’t just a mistake 🤣 she tried to smuggle drugs out of a country, possibly causing lots of harm to many people and families.
@@reddscampion394funny how you think it wasn't just a mistake on her part, but people like you obviously forget people don't get hooked on drugs because it flew up their nose with a breeze lol. Everyone in the drug world chose to step into it. Think about that next time you think a manipulated mule is to blame for the harm on the community.
We all deserve a second chance after taking bad decisions and have paid the consequences of them.

I think Piers forgot what it was like to be 20 yrs old,, especially a young girl and completely , completely naive , it’s easy to get yourself into situations you never imagined to begin with,, and then the chips fall . Once she got to Peru there was no turning back unfortunately even if she changed her mind and was starting to comprehend the severity of it.I think it would be safe to assume a Drug cartel wouldn’t just let you leave after all the investment already made and now you’re being watched . I’m glad she’s telling her story
She wasn’t completely naive though. She knew that she would be smuggling drugs for money and would’ve known the consequences had she been caught. I feel that if it wasnt a young, white, British girl that was caught that person would still be locked up in a Peruvian jail with nobody feeling sorry for him/her.

Anyone with half a brain cell knows that "I wasn't't thinking" isn't meant to be taken at face value. Yes the mind went blank and there was thinking only to a certain point. The implied part is that they didn't reason for long enough or deliberate on the big picture. This doesn't really need saying, unless your role is to incite and create Drama for the tv show, which he is doing successfully.

Whether she was ignorant or fully aware is completely irrelevant. She has served time in jail for the terrible crime committed by her. Piers Morgan & the rest are hypocrites. For them it’s daytime TV. They don’t care about the devastating consequences of drug addiction.

I rarely agree with Piers but in this instance I do, I wasn’t thinking or I was young is not an excuse. They were sorry they got caught, she knew exactly what she was doing at the time.

Highly unlikely, otherwise she wouldn’t of been stupid enough to accept £5000 as payment in the first place.
She did. But she was also very naive for thinking she wasn't going to get caught and go to jail. That's how traffickers get mules: they do it because they don't fully think ahead.

I'm not knowledgeable on drugs but I thought cocaine is just a recreational drug, which isn't that harmful. People interviewing her sound like she smuggled Heroin.
