Today I tried your this street style noodles. The entire dish turned out so yummy. But most of all, this is the first time I boiled the noodles the way you suggested. Boiled the water, added salt and oil to the boiling water added the noodles and turned off the gas, and let the noodles sit with the lid on for ten minutes. Voila! The noodles cooked so well. Nice and full long noodles all separate from each other. This was sheer magic. Thank you so so very much for these tips. It was awesome. You are great.
Vinegar last mei nahi dala. Gives good taste and adds to flavour. Also ajinomoto bahut hi km padta hai,, aur friends khana bhi to 2 - 3 mahine mei ek baar hota hai!! These two ingredients are inseparable from this menu. Nice tip to soak noodles in warm water. They self-cook. Nice recipe. I make the same way with manchurian.
