    for the last question if i just do (1,1,1,1,1,1,6) is this a simple palnar graphs ?

    why you are not considering graph with 2 vertices and one edge between them as a simple planar graph?

      That exactly was my question after watching the video... Actually, the result about the sum deg(f) only holds for simple planar graphs with 3 or more edges.
