Such an original voice. I really do believe no one in music history will have a voice quite (or even remotely) like his. I LOVE IT. His musical ability is God's gift to him, the music world, and the rest of the world.
I've been dying to hear something like this ever since I heard the song! These are the people that made me realize just how much I love music /and/ made me want to learn guitar.
i was going through some family problems, then i listened to the fray. Now all my emotionsn go into my piano playing, whitch the fray inspired me to learn. without the fray i would probably be in a mental hostpital. i have a vid of my playing this song on piano, its not very good but it helps me when im depressed
This song speaks to me so much. I had thoughts about suicide, my birthdad kicked me out of his house, I suffered from wanting to cut, and had no friends. I found out about The Fray from and interview with Louis Tomlinson from One Direction. When I heard this song for the first time I almost cried. I've been through a lot in my 11 years of living.
@robbarbm I have met him and the rest of the band. He is not a dick. They were all completely nice and gracious so I don't who you met but it wasn't Isaac Slade.
I recently lost my best friiend to suicide. I have to know, where how why did you write those 2 songs. I will see you on Dec. 14. 2013 @ Mizner in Boca Raton Fl. I love your music
It was pretty cool for you to think you were the only one I was talking to in my comment, because I wasn't predicting anything about YOU. I was saying they will be forgotten, which yes, you brilliantly found to be a prediction. No, I don't know for sure this will happen, which is exactly why it was a PREDICTION. And there have been many many great people who have done drugs. Whether or not they do drugs does NOT determine their caliber which is why I like them.
@ViennaQueen True, this dude is a real great inspiration source! :O I write some music myself and he's been real helpful to listen to ^^ Got 1 demo here on youtube, /watch?v=E1Mtp2SoyDE hehe (a
Man, for someone who's not a fan of them, you sure seem to know quite a bit about their sex lives. I thought it was pretty ignorant of you to say they will only live forever in my mind, because they have one of the largest remaining audiences of all bands. And no, my comment was not ignorance, nor truth, as I clearly told you at the beginning it was MY OPINION. Since when do opinions have to be fact?
I laugh at every word being misspelled in your name. And you seem to have a talent for looking up extremely old, archived comments to reply to. As you could see, this was 4 months ago, which if you could use common sense, would tell you I "shut up" a long time ago.
This is probably the wrong place to express MY opinion, but, The Fray sucks (majorly due to overplaying). They are eventually going to be long and forgotten, while other bands, Led Zeppelin, Guns N Roses, Metallica, will all be around FOREVER!! \M/ Sorry to disturb you all, you man now commence with the shit slinging.

Wow, this performance is very moving. I've listened to this song for years, and this is the first time it's ever made me cry.

I'm so proud and glad because I'm living right now to see how great musicians exist on this Earth. :-)
Thanks for posting this.

Great job on zooming in in the piano part. Thanks so much.
Yeah, me too. I'm never without music. It's like the best way to escape the world.

if you opened up a dictionary and looked up amazing, the definition there would be Isaac Slade.
