i miss him and the band also thats why im here....i hope u come back isaac slade ur music is the best
What type of show was this? A solo show at a college?
Ridiculous work on that piano
I recently lost my best friiend to suicide. I have to know, where how why did you write those 2 songs. I will see you on Dec. 14. 2013 @ Mizner in Boca Raton Fl. I love your music
He is really good at piano! Any time I play a song I have to look where I put my fingers go and I still end up messing up! XD
Staring at Isaac's hands and wonder how can he play in that awesome/perfect way... The Fray the best
Awesome!!!
Isaac says that 'perfection will not come', but, what about almost perfection?
Too bad they're dying out now.
perfectly imperfect! cracks me up all the time without fail XD
This song speaks to me so much. I had thoughts about suicide, my birthdad kicked me out of his house, I suffered from wanting to cut, and had no friends. I found out about The Fray from and interview with Louis Tomlinson from One Direction. When I heard this song for the first time I almost cried. I've been through a lot in my 11 years of living.
is there sheet music for this??
is he still married :D
enchanted13tay yep, and has two beautiful babies :)
i was going through some family problems, then i listened to the fray. Now all my emotionsn go into my piano playing, whitch the fray inspired me to learn. without the fray i would probably be in a mental hostpital. i have a vid of my playing this song on piano, its not very good but it helps me when im depressed

Amazing voice!
ill be honest i cried during this performance even tho it was like 4 yrs ago :')
This version of the song is better than litterly the Song tape , Most chilling voice ever.
Love it
Isaac Slade,I love you!!!!!!!!
Wow, this performance is very moving. I've listened to this song for years, and this is the first time it's ever made me cry.
My favorite line from this beautiful song, is " will you, won't you be the one i'll always know " . Dude, that's just so romantic & charming, period <3. think that's one of the thing's every girl would like to be told (:
who was possible one guy dislike this ?
@ViennaQueen True, this dude is a real great inspiration source! :O I write some music myself and he's been real helpful to listen to ^^ Got 1 demo here on youtube, /watch?v=E1Mtp2SoyDE hehe (a
@robbarbm I have met him and the rest of the band. He is not a dick. They were all completely nice and gracious so I don't who you met but it wasn't Isaac Slade.
@cherriosmaster He says: "Super hard guitar part." **then "It's really cool." **then "Sorry I didnt work that out ahead of time."
@cherriosmaster he says, "I have an itch... sorry" :)
i love isaac slade.. he has an aming voice.. and ieach time i listen him singing i travel in the magic of his voice..<3
i love soo muchh isaak slade. he has an amazing voice.. and and each time i listen him singing I travel in the magic of his voice..<3
i love him and this song!!
@CornyCrab : I so agree. I've been trying forEVER to try and hit the high notes in "Never Say Never"....I fail....I could never get my voice that high.....
this is amazing. he's funny without even trying. I saw the fray in concert last december, and i would give anything to see them again.
lol he is so funny. i lovvee his singing
I think it's about his death, at least that's what I heard and I love it too. Yet another song by them that describes my life...
goosebumps, goosebumps... god Isaac, if you sang that to me i'd be yours forever! hahah don't mean to be creepy, but is voice and his songs are just wow.
i love how his voice drifts in and out its like a swing from alli his voice is so hard to predicte
watching his fingers is so inspiring he has the best piano playing skills
Lol. Yes, I do have the tendency to exaggerate..... *grin*
Now you make me jealous. My life goal is to see The Fray live.....He's such a character.....I would've given two limbs and a few toes to have been there. Also, I love the flourish at the end....perfect...
You kinda have to stop and watch. The way he plays is so mesmerizing....
Yamaha: official music brand of The Fray. And the funny thing is is the fact that I have a Yamaha guitar that is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I lub it.....sorry ignore this comment.....
Pretty much everything I thought when I saw this for the first time....<3
ummm ah ok thanks. its awesome you are inspired by the fray. btw do you know if the song enough for now, is about his grandfather? supposedly its a sweet song about his grandfathers new lovelife.... but the song is quite emotionally depressing. but i absolutely love it
I believe so. I think that's what he said once in an interview. Its such a sweet song though. It inspires a lot of the songs I write and stories.
this was for his wife anna,..right?
hwan2 yes
Such an original voice. I really do believe no one in music history will have a voice quite (or even remotely) like his. I LOVE IT. His musical ability is God's gift to him, the music world, and the rest of the world.
I've been wondering about the ADD thing too. It's perfectly possible but it might be his personality. I do stuff like that. I'll be having a serious conversation and all of a sudden all be all like "OMG SQUIRREL!" In other words, easily distracted. I love it though. It shows that he actually HAS a personality.
I think any pianist would admire this level of skill. Even if you don't like his voice. (Insane if you don't). There's really not much more to it than that. Pure genius. Nothing short of it.
I saw them live, but sadly they didn't perform this. I know I will one day experience them singing this live. :)
