Funny thing is, in the books, Triss is burnt damn near unrecognizable at the Battle of Sodden Hill and had to be healed/reconstructed through magic. If they reeeeeaaaallllyyyy wanted to then they could say that Yen's fire blast did that and use it to explain a change in actresses. Highly highly doubt they'll ever consider it, but still. It'd be damn nice.
