Back when this was aired LIVE on NBC SPORTS channel, I'd watch every episode. Once that ended, and DRL was moved around like Gypsies trying to find a home, I lost track of them and didn't see a single race this year. The 'virtual' races were okay during the pandemic days, but should have been completely retired after that. Despite having not seen a race in a couple years, I see that many of the same top pilots are still in it .. with the addition of a few new faces. I hope that next season, there will be a push to get this on some kind of National Coverage channel ... like ESPN or something.
That was sick. I remember watching this on TV years ago! Glad to see it’s still going! There’s a lot of skill involved in this that most people will not, and cannot understand the level of skill that it requires to operate one of those drones. Would love to go to one of those events someday! I can’t afford one of those type of drones but that would be so fun to take one out and fly it around for hours. A flight with birds is definitely a bucket list checkmark. Thank you for the video!
Shouting, screaming, making noises ...so cringe. Why are none of these people calm and collected? It's a neat sport but totally ruined by the screaming children.

Get you a drone and learn, no age limit just reflex limits

Looking at views numbers, I can definitely confirm that DRL took very bad marketing decisions in the last years
