Excuse me while I mark out for a moment... but this was insane! After my interview with Goldberg, I asked if he would put me up in the Jackhammer. He obliged.
I told you he was one of the nicest guys in the business!

Actually its not that heavy when you do a move like that, especially when the person to who the move will be executed on puts there feet like that. Matter a fact most wrestling moves require the other person to jump or do something like that. One of the harder moves where more strength may be required may be like a power bomb especifically if the other person is over 280lbs, another one is the F5 you need strength to not only carry but then spin your opponent.

That man was definitely around 200 pounds if not more and for a 50 year old man to lift him up like that is incredible. And I'm a Goldberg fan for life.
He did this maneuver to many 400 lbs plus wrestlers when he was young
