Manisha is the only actress from early 90’s who worked with all the three khans, she did two movies with Amir, two with shah rukh and three with Salman-sangdil sanam and majdhaar. Majdhaar was a remake of sangam with a twist and Salman played a very likable character, you should watch it

SLB has broken the stereotypes with his first movie, Manisha-Annie the Christian character is talking normally otherwise all the other Hindi movies depicted different lingo for the Christian community, humko mangta, apun karta etc etc 😂😂😂😂
It's not so wrong. You should listen to Bandra Christian boys. They speak the same lingo. Or watch Jose's youtube videos. He portrays it pretty well. Of course, not every christian beyond Mumbai speaks that way, but bollywood being bandra based, they chose what they saw nearby.

Manisha was truly remarkable in the 90s. When the other top actresses were doing flowerpot roles, she was doing films like Bombay, Akele Hum Akele Tum, 1942 A love story, Dil Se, Agni Sakshi and this Khamoshi where she had so much to do. Its another thing that these films failed at the box office.
