If he's so worried about losing all this soil, which is a load of rubbish, why does he support wind and solar farms being built all over agricultural land.

Ask just stop oil how are the wind farm turbines going to turn, if we can't oil and grease the parts that make the blades go round how you going to the generate electricity, also ask him how we going to generate electricity in the winter when we have 13 hrs of darkness a day, so how will solar panels work, so we have to import it and that means electricity and gas prices go up and we cant afford to heat our homes. Its ok for him he will be able to afford it all.
Gearboxes on wind turbines typically contain fifty to eighty gallons of oil that on average needs changing every six months...and most of them also contain a diesel generator...Funny how the JSO zealots have never seemed bothered about that!...

OK, what does "Soil" being lost have to do with "Just stop Oil"? If soil is being lost its either being used for construction. Even the data on climate change by Environmental Scientist have shown that CO2 levels globally haven't changed for 50 years, but one of their members just balled up the paper and threw it away.

Did you know that oil is used for thousands of by products including medicines .Our own north sea oil was a specialist oil, But unfortunately the revenues from that bounty were all paid to the U.S.A For WW2 lend lease reparations until 2006. This country could have been rich, but no. I didn't see Germany or Russia and many other countries including France paying anything to the U.S.A for the stuff they got...check it out.and talk about it please
