I don't have any favorite song from this album, in fact I find them all minor compared to the previous productions..... I make a clarification...... this album is head and shoulders above technically and this is what ruins it for me a lot, I tried to listen to it several times, but nothing, I can't find the magic of the maneskin that I liked, when previously most part of the songs on first listen which is difficult for me, I immediately liked them a lot. I repeat technically head and shoulders above, but as always this kills spontaneity, that belly communication from the depths, and so many groups of the past, the first albums masterpieces with let's say youthful defects, then great technique and flatness, see pink floyd, which they themselves made this consideration about themselves as they were older, they said when we were young we didn't know how to play in comparison, but we were spontaneous. For me, art is not the beautiful picture equal to a postcard, but the one that makes masterpieces without technique, if not obviously the necessary basis, in this way there is room for improvisation and therefore for the sub conscious. I wasn't expecting much deep lyrics like in the previous songs, it went too well for them, not who knows what sadness or anger to communicate, just the new plastic world they got too close to according to my tastes, not by chance what they have to say their experience as international stars, the plastic world they have seen, but everything seems so forced to me. In my opinion, when they start to decline if they haven't become so Americanized and plasticized, perhaps they will go back to their origins and from there maybe become a real group that deserves to be at least approached by the big names, perhaps collaborating not with super successful and super technical names but with minor and original authors, just to acquire originality again for me in this album gone to the nettles. Haters will have less reason to criticize, and in my opinion not appreciating spontaneity being plastic enough many will appreciate it more.
Finally, I was waiting fro your reaction till Rush came out 😄 Awaiting for it I had to see once again all your maneskin obsession. Maybe my favourite is Own my mind,, but it's too early, I had to listen the album more time.I love also Gasoline, so aggressive. Did you see the lyrics videos on their you tube channel? for gossip there is the crazy video lol
Enjoy their lyric videos, there is one for each song of the album. Honestly, I prefer them to the official video of "Rush", they're sooo creative! The "Baby Said" lyric video features Vic on her own.
I don't understand anything. However, I mostly love the Italian songs more. That's why, I always read the thranslated version. I mean, Mark Chapman was my favorite in Rush. And Coraline...I cried when I translated it...

In the past few years I bought records where only one song was good whilst the remaining songs were absolutely to bin, hence welcome to Maneskin whose records contain only excellent songs. The reason of their success is the different musical taste among them. Their records represent the differences and each of them have their own space either on the records or on the stage. We hear bass, guitar, drums and voice. No instrument is hidden to favour another. The critics don't like them preferring musicians who are catalogued in only one brach of the rock and roll. As you said they cover different branches. This is their decision.

I felt you and them so much yesterday night I listened to the album and I did not close an eye all night long. They are just so fucking elevated and up to the top I cried, laughed and screamed through this album. Thank you for your reacion,really much enjoyed it. Great review Noosh, loved the editing. I also saw them live in December in Florida, and yes fantastic. If you like and understand this band, the album is so good. A little less cohesive than the last, and a little long are my only negatives. Some reviewers are quite negative, but they universally don’t understand the band, or the artistry. Yes they are a Rock band, but they don’t mind trying a little Pop here and there. I compare them to Queen, which also had iconic songs, and pop songs and experimented, which in the end made them the Rock Gods they were.
Great reaction from a big fan. Gasoline and Kool Kids, so UK punk rock with funny lyrics and a great arrangement, are the best songs for me too, together with the italian songs and Don't wanna sleep. Bla bla bla is growing on me. Anyway Rush! is superb. I am not able to find a bad song in it.💥❤

I follow these guys from the very beginning in their X Factor experience. I must say i love this album even if it's their first kind of international production and most songs as in english. I saw their concert in Houston, and it was amazingly good...despite the venue getting a C for having mean personnel... But that aside...had been looking forward to this album too, and it does not dissapoint!!!
Hi, Noosh! I think some of the songs you thought you'd heard in Detroit were not yet out then. Like, Gossip was just released a few weeks ago, and it was a cooperation with Tom Morello. Yeah, that Tom Morello. The guitar solo you heard there, it was him. As for Damiano being a tee-totaller, I think that's an exaggeration by the interviewer (and not the only one in that article). Damiano watches his diet and lifestyle for health, especially to preserve his voice, but it doesn't mean that he'll never ever drink alcohol. I'm saying this because people nowadays very easily will take a picture on Instagram where he's holding a glass of wine on his birthday party, and say, "There! He lied! He said he was a tee-totaller!"
this album lacks the spontaneity and magic of the previous album, technically much better done but that's exactly its flaw, plus too many technical hands in between. I loved the reactions of Noosh101 amazes song after song in the last album, which this album not surprisingly did not. the super success then as I feared would have ruined their magic, spontaneity and also what to say, now they have less to get pissed off, suffer, fear and hope. obviously this disc is well oriented for the main stream, the market for me without an American soul has had too many outside hands, and this only makes me think of the greatness of Manuel Agnelli who knew how to orient and advise them well. work that in this record they threw away.
When you grow, it's a path you can't do different. If you stay at previous level, you don't grow in professionalism. If you grow in professionalism it means there is more structure and less spontaneity. But there is no other way. They worked hard on this album. How on earth they could compose so many songs while touring and doing interviews non-stop is a mistery to me!
And there is another song called TOUCH ME but is on the japonesse version of th album , is in youtube but im not sure if u can hee it your country cause im in Mexico
Great aĺbuum! My only concern is that bla bla bla could ave been substituted with another of the 60 songs they wrote for the album(their must have been a better song), and 17 songs is at least 3 to many. The could have ended the album with Il dona della vita.
